Prefer the terminal? Install SessionWatcher with Homebrew.

Install

$ brew tap soren-starck/tap$ brew trust soren-starck/tap$ brew install --cask sessionwatcher
The middle brew trust step is required once: Homebrew 6 refuses to load casks from a third-party tap until you explicitly trust it. You only run these three commands the first time.
Update
zsh
$ brew upgrade --cask sessionwatcher
SessionWatcher also updates itself automatically in the background, so this is optional – both ways keep you on the latest version.
Uninstall
zsh
$ brew uninstall --cask sessionwatcher
Add --zap to also remove preferences and cached data.
